Classes & Workshops Our Classes, Private Lessons and Workshops are offered through In Flight Gymnastics in the Decatur, GA Area. The classes combine circus arts, gymnastics and dance techniques in each training session. Our goal is to create a well-rounded workout that is individually challenging, safe and fun for each participant. All sessions are led by professionally trained instructors. Acrobatic trainers are certified coaches of the Governing Bodies of Gymnastics and Acrobatics (USAG, AAU and AACCA) . | It (the workshop) really seemed to fit well with my interests and pace. I did like ...that you (staff) paid attention to people's different levels of ability, and pushed us at an individual level (i.e. my inability to do a decent split!) while still making sure everyone was pushed beyond their normal comfort level.
